Product Returns

IMPORTANT: All returned items must be unopened and undamaged

Our Policy:

  1. Forté recommends keeping 1-2 packs of the product for any potential repairs in the future.
  2. All returned items must be unopened and undamaged
  3. We accept all returns except for clearance and indent/special order items
  4. There are no restocking fees for returning product
  5. The cost of return freight will be deducted from the credit.
  6. Returns must be requested within 2 months of the product being dispatched

How it works:

  1. Fill in the Returns Form below and click submit.
  2. Our Operations will be in touch with the Return Authorization Sheet and Returns slip. Print these forms off and attach them to the product.
  3. Once it is ready for collection, take a photo of the product, and send this to [email protected] to notify that it is ready for collection.
  4. Once the product has been received back to our warehouse, the Accounts team will be in contact to confirm refund details.
  5. Your refund will be processed via bank transfer in the next Friday Accounts Payable run.
