Determine your Requirements

For example;
• Style - Work out what look you want to achieve (feel free to browse our projects for inspiration)
• Budget - Work out what you are prepared to spend
• Durability - e.g. do you have children or pets? You might want to consider a highly durable option.
• Thickness - Any specific thickness required, e.g. do you need to match up to joinery or existing floor heights?
• Other special requirements - Does it need to be compatible with under floor heating etc

Get Information & Samples

For the ultimate experience we highly recommend visiting a Forté showroom. Here's what makes it so worthwhile:
• Receive expert advice from our product specialists on the products best suited to your requirements
• View full-sized panels of most products and see select products installed
• Take home samples of all your favorite styles to try out at home

Submit Plans to Receive a Quote

• Confirm the product/s you wish to receive a quote for
• Send Forté your plans, outlining the product required and what areas it is going in
• Forté measure your plans and calculate the approx quantity of product required
• Forté send you a quote for the product, including an estimate for the installation.
Note: Quote subject to change - site measure required to confirm exact quantity

Approve Quote

• 50% deposit payable upon order confirmation
• Forté reserve your stock once deposit is received
• Forté select a trusted installer in your region to undertake your project
• Installer carries out a site visit (where possible) or alternatively remeasures your plans to determine quantity of product required
• Installer advises Forté of the quantity of product required and confirms installation price
• Forté send you a revised quote

Scheduling

• Confirm when you require the product
• Forté contact person/s on site to schedule delivery
• Installer works with person/s onsite to schedule installation date/s
• Balance payable (plus/minus any variances per revised quote) two weeks before dispatch

Delivery & Installation

• Product is delivered to site
• Installer comes on site and installs product
• Unused product may be returnable for a credit - please see our Returns policy for more information.
• Care & maintenance instructions sent to client
