New & Improved: Manor Atelier Structure

New & Improved: Manor Atelier Structure

Our Luxurious Manor Atelier Collection now has a new and improved 'Superior Stability' structure. Atelier still has a cross-directional plywood core but instead of the usual ply backing that the rest of the Manor range has, it now comes with a finger-jointed Oak backing. This provides even greater stability, helping the flooring to avoid warping, cupping etc (issues that are common with solid timber flooring).

More about Atelier: Atelier is part of our luxury French Oak flooring range. It comes in 19mm thick planks and is heavily brushed and hand scraped to enhance the timbers natural texture and characteristics. This, combined with special techniques and a raw-look lacquer result in a textural and tonal floor with a rustic, organic feel. With the New Zealand climate in mind, the Atelier collection has an engineered 'Superior Stability' structure, as outlined above. Along with generous warranties, the Manor Collection is PEFC Certified, crafted using only the necessary amount of timber, sourced from sustainable forests.
